Just outside the mountain village of Chiozza, (about 900 m asl) this is a traditional rural, stone-built house in a very bad state and requiring complete restoration. The beautiful walled city of Lucca is about 60km away. A 10 minute drive takes you up to the small local ski resort at Passo delle Radici (9km) while the large resort of Abetone is about 40 minutes. The coast is about 1 hour away.
